We can provide mileage correction services on your BMW, is you mileage displaying incorrectly? We are able to assist you. BMW can store the mileage on may different units depending on the specific model. So for example if you have a replacement FEM or CAS if the mileage is higher on the replacement unit it will rewrite the higher mileage throughout the car and you will require our services or if you have a replacement speedometer you’d also may require our services to put the mileage right.
Different series of BMW’s store the mileage on different places for example on the E series they had the mileage store on LCM & EWS and speedo on the F series, they have it on the speedo and CAS/FEM units. G series have the mileage stored in BDC2 & cluster.
On some models it’s stored on the ECU & gearbox if it’s an automatic car.
If you have to code a second hand ECU, Key, FEM, CAS or any other unit into a BMW we would be able to code the second hand unit into that vehicle as we have the latest coding tools to allow us to do that.
This service is provided as a mobile service, so we come to you with our well equipped vans or you come to us.
