As some of you may be aware Citroen’s use a Body Control unit know as BSI or BCU, in many cases the BSI malfunctions which then you’re left with two options which is either to purchase a brand new one from dealer for a lot of £££ or you can purchase a second hand unit with the same part number and we’ll be able to reprogram the unit to your vehicle. Please note we don’t supply the parts the parts would have to be present before we come down and we’d be able to reprogram the unit.
What is a body control unit?
The body control unit is a unit installed on all Citroen’s and Peugeot’s which runs all the commands for the vehicle, it hold immobilizer data, it has direct connection with the ECU and feeds the data between them.
We offer this is a mobile service which means we will come to you and get the work carried out on site if you are based within London, if not you can use a postal service you’d have to send us your old unit and your new unit and we can get them programmed for you.
