We are glad to say we provide mileage correction services for all the Peugeot’s available in the market today, that’s right starting from 1996 – all the way to the latest models up to 2020 models are covered. This is due to the amount we invest to make sure we stay on top of the market.
New update:
We now do the mileage correction of your body control unit, via the diagnostics port (Read below for more info).
Here is a list of all the Peugeots available for mileage correction:
1007, 106, 107, 206, 207, 3008, 306, 307, 308, 4007, 405, 406, 407, 5008, 607, 508, 806, 807, Partner, RCZ
As these vehicles get older there is more of a chance of units being swapped around with second hand units, if for example you swap a BSI unit from another vehicle your vehicle will now pick up the mileage from the second hand vehicle in question. Which in turns means your mileage will display incorrectly. The same would be the same if you swapped the speedo from one Peugeot to another, due to the unique way these vehicles are coded which ever of the two units have a higher mileage thats the mileage that would be displayed on the vehicle. If your having a similar issue feel free to contact and we would be able to help you.
Please note that mileage correction on the Peugeot range isn’t as simple as mileage correction throughout some other makes of cars. The reason for this is because the mileage is stored on more then on location, in general the mileage is stored on the Body control Unit (BCU) and the cluster (speedo). The BCU is where all the commands of the car run through, so if you indicate that command gets past through the BCU, now we have top of the range tools so we do the mileage on the body control unit via your diagnostic port, most companies have to remove the body control unit from your car. (In some cases that involves stripping half of your car).
In most cases we can meet you either at home or at work, where ever is best for yourself. We always aim to provide the best possible service.
